đź“Ť Directions & Parking Information

Parking for Farm Grounds Sessions:
If your session is on the farm grounds, follow the driveway, turn right behind the Train Depot/Barn, and park at the tree line.

Parking for Greenhouse Sessions:
If your session is at the greenhouse, turn left after the Almosta Farm and Depot sign and park in front of the hydrangeas.

đźš» Changing Room Availability

A changing room is available at the front door of the Train Depot (facing the road). It is equipped with a camping toilet and a camping sink for your convenience.

🌿 Farm Rules & Policies

  1. Session Fees & Refunds:
    Sessions are non-refundable. However, in the event of inclement weather, you may reschedule your session to a date that is not already fully booked.

  2. Timing:
    Please ensure you and your clients arrive on time and vacate the venue within your allotted session period. If you bring your own props, setup and teardown must also be completed within this timeframe.

  3. No Pets Allowed:
    For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed on the property.

  4. Respect the Flowers:
    Please do not pick flowers from the fields. Beautiful wildflower bouquets are available for purchase if you want floral accents for your session.

  5. Farm Safety:
    Remember, this is an active farm environment:

  • Expect bugs—bringing bug spray is recommended.

  • The ground is uneven—please watch your step.

  • Farm equipment is present—keep children supervised and away from machinery at all times.

âś… Additional Venue Guidelines

  • By Appointment Only: Access is strictly by appointment to ensure privacy and a high-quality experience.

  • Photography-Only Venue: We do not host weddings, receptions, or other events—our focus is solely on providing a beautiful photography location.

  • Leave No Trace: Please leave the venue as you found it. Dispose of trash properly and return any rented props in original condition.

  • Parking: Park only in designated areas. Driving on fields or grass is prohibited.

  • No Smoking or Open Flames: For safety, smoking and open flames (including candles or sparklers) are strictly prohibited.

⚖️ Liability & Agreement

By booking and entering Almosta Farm and Depot, you agree to:

  • Release the owners from any liability for injury, accidents, or property damage.

  • Take full responsibility for all persons and property under your care during the session.

  • Follow all posted and communicated rules to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in termination of your session without refund and denial of future bookings.
